I took my 2013 Merc SLK to Coverdales as it had an issue with the ESL (electronic steering lock). The car was basically im-mobilised. Ian was extremely helpful and professional. When I collected the car he explained everything they had done and that the problem was solved. They had even washed the car as it was filthy from having been sat unused for almost 4 weeks! From my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending Coverdales. They were more than happy to help with my car when a lot of other garages turned it away (due to the make/model/issue with the car). Thanks to them I am a very happy bunny and can re-bond with my car! Thanks Ian
I have today picked up my Mercedes R Class from Coverdale and feel compelled to share my story. I have owned many Mercedes and usually use main dealers from whom I have never received the warm welcome and professional service which Coverdale provided, ie: very polite receptionist, professional repair and more than acceptable bill. Keep up the good work.
I went and got my Mercedes fixed with this guy who owns the garage. Such a friendly guy. I recommend anybody to use them. He is so brilliant its job lovely stuff in there lovely reception lady as well mannered people . Even let me off with a sensor on my car to ask him if I can put some feedback on him, but I told him I was going to give you good feedback as I was quite impressed quite reasonable . I thought my Mercedes was going to be expensive, but it wasn’t. It was quite reasonable. I’ve never met nice people in their very kind. Very helpful. I’ve Gotta go back there on Tuesday to get my badge for my Mercedes at the back of my boot . Thank you guys for sorting out my car. Much appreciated. I popped in this morning for some advice about a fault that my Mercedes A Class has developed, the customer service I received was excellent and the car has been booked in within the next 48 hours, which has left me feeling a lot happier about the situation. Thank you for being so kind and helpful.
Never owning a Mercedes before , when I wanted and needed professional peace of mind , I was given the Coverdale Mercedes information. On my first contact with Kirston who was excellent at making my first appointment.After collecting the my car from its first service which it needed was advised to have. A few things attended too .I did and ate pleased to share that I’m very happy with everything.While travelling overseas I had an issue with my car ? I called Coverdale explaining my situation and Lee came to speak with me and offered advice which was much appreciated and needed .I personally would recommend these professionals .A dedicated team , who delivered ..Thank youFebruary 24
